Game #2…a big win over Kamloops!

Kamloops got the game started with a quick goal but we quickly took over from there. A nice 10-2 victory over a Kamloops team who simply wanted to bully their way to a win.

Good job guys.

Next up…Issaquah Gold at 1pm.

Despite only having 11 runners and a goalie, we managed to win game #1 of the Seattle Spaceneedle Shootout…12 – 0 over Lake Oswego.

Congrats to Justin Booth for the ‘Hit of the Game’! A nice, solid, CLEAN hit right at centre at the end of the first half!

Game #2 vs Kamloops tomorrow morning at 9am!

Seattle Tourney

Good Afternoon Everyone,

A couple of things to note for this weekend…

**DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSPORTS!!!

1. Additional Out of Country medical insurance is strongly recommended. Most of you probably already have this coverage with your work benefits but if not, BCAA has reasonably priced options available.

2. As Ron (masquerading as Justin) already mentioned, our first game is at 7pm on Friday night and we would like the boys there, ready for warm up by 6:30 at the latest. It is probably a 2 to 2 1/2 (maybe even 3 if traffic in Seattle is bad) hour drive from the border so please make sure you leave yourself enough time.

3. Maps to field and to the hotel can be found on our website on the left hand side of our homepage (in the LINKS box).

One last thing…if anyone has two open seats in their car and are leaving earlier in the day (before 1pm) Hayden and I are looking for a ride. Shawna and Emily can’t get out of NW until around 5pm and we really don’t want to have two cars down there. If you have room for us, please call (778-231-0928) or email (goose44@shaw.ca).
